    What is plastic icing? And how will I know if you answer this?

      Hi Liba, plastic icing is fondant icing. Fondant icing is like a 'play dough' that you roll out and shape. If you dont have kosher fondant where you live I can gladly send you a recipe for it. You should get this message in your e-mail. Let me know when you get it and if you require the recipe.
